Q: What is the smallest teepee party I can reserve?
A: The smallest party we do is for five guests (please see our pricing page for more information)
Q: What type of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, credit card, venmo, and paypal. There is a non-refundable $100 deposit required in order to book your party. Final payment is due seven days prior to your booked party. A $100 damage deposit is also required at the time of final payment and will be fully refunded within five days after the party package is picked up and secured.
Q: How old should my child and his/her guests be in order to enjoy the teepee setup?
A: We do not recommend teepee parties for children under the age of 4 years old.
Q: What is your procedure for cleaning and sanitizing the teepee setups?
A: Teepee covers, sheets, and pillowcases are machine washed with disenfecting detergent after each party. Mattresses and pillows are disenfected with cleaning wipes and spray. Decor items such as lanterns, pillows, rugs, etc. are also disenfected with cleaning wipes and spray.
Q: How do I book a party?
A: Fill out a booking form on the Contact page and we will touch base within 48 hours to confirm.
Q: How much space do the teepee setups require?
A: Each setup requires about 4 feet x 4 feet of space. The teepees can be arranged in multiple configurations to best fit within your space. Please let us know the space you are working with when making your inquiry.
Q: What is rental timeframe for a teepee party?
A: The standard rental period is up to 20 hours. Additional rental time can be negoiated on an as needed basis.
Q: What areas of Houston do you serve?
A: Our rental prices include parties within a 20 mile radius of Kingwood, TX (77339). For longer distances, please inquire with your delivery address to get pricing.
Q: What is the cancellation policy for a party?
A: Parties can be cancelled, with no penalty (except for non-refundable deposit), 10 or more days out from the party date. Any cancellation requests less than 10 days prior to the party date are subject to a cancellation fee that equals 75% of the party package price, minus any deposits or payments already made. We are happy to accommodate party date change requests, as long as the request is made more than 10 days out from the existing party date and the new date is within 30 days of the original party date (subject to availability).
Q: Can I use the teepees for an outside party?
A: At this time, our teepee setups cannot be used for outside parties.
